DESIGN & PLANNING
Shaping Your Design
We refine your layout, elevations, and site positioning. Your project manager prepares a feasibility estimate and gathers consultant input, while your designer develops your interior package. After integrating feedback and completing permit-ready drawings, we finalize your construction estimate and move into the next phase.
Raising the structure
Once permits are approved and the site is prepared, we coordinate foundation work, schedule the crane, and deliver your home’s structural components. This brings your home to lockup in just days. We ensure every element meets our standards before the home is weather-sealed and ready for interior construction.

CONSTRUCTION
Bringing your home to life
With the structure complete and weather-sealed, we move into interior construction. Your project manager coordinates trades, oversees rough-ins, and manages millwork, fixtures, and finishes. Our team ensures every planned detail is executed on site, bringing your home’s interior to life with precision.
Moving in
After final inspections and a walkthrough to confirm every detail, your project manager reviews warranty and maintenance information with you. With keys in hand, your Blend home is ready to move in and officially yours!
