Our Mission

We believe the construction industry has become overly complex. Our mission is to simplify it while maintaining architectural integrity and exceptional design. A meaningful part of that mission is environmental responsibility. By studying each site carefully and working with the landscape, we reduce our impact and build with intention. Our panelized system cuts waste by more than 30 percent and creates high-performing, energy-efficient homes that are built to last.

Blend was created to make homebuilding simpler and more intentional. What began as an idea on a trip to Haida Gwaii has grown into a design-led prefab company focused on clarity, efficiency, and elevated customization.
